    I am so excited to be your first grade teacher!! 
     
    I have been in education for over 20 years with a BA in Elementary Education (K-8) and a BA in Psychology.
     
     
    I believe every child deserves a variety of opportunities to succeed. By blending whole group, small group, and independent learning, students can explore and practice concepts in multiple ways. In my classroom, interactive, hands-on experiences spark curiosity and invite students to actively participate in their own learning. Through movement, discussion, and exploration, each child is challenged and supported to grow academically, socially, and creatively.
    Kindness and respect are reinforced constantly in our classroom — they create the safe, supportive community every child needs to take risks and grow.
