Erica Sloan joined the East Greenwich Township School District in October 2023 as the Jeffrey Clark Assistant Principal. Erica Green believes in a collaborative leadership approach in which she can collaborate with the principal, district administrators, teachers, and students to create a successful and safe learning environment. She also believes in empowering students and staff to be the best version of themselves every day.

Before becoming assistant principal, Erica Green was a Supervisor of Pre-k to 3rd grade and a teacher. She has taught both pre-k and kindergarten and through teaching found her love for early literacy. Erica Sloan received her bachelors from Rutgers University in 2013 and her Masters from Fairleigh Dickinson University as a Reading Specialist/ Supervisor in 2019. Erica Sloan resides in her hometown of Williamstown with her fiance Mike. In her free time, Erica Green enjoys going for walks, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
