Beyond the Bell Registration 2025-2026 School Year

Dear Families,
We are excited to welcome new families to the Beyond the Bell program! The registration form and informational flyer are now available on the district website. Please review the materials carefully to familiarize yourself with our registration process.
Registration Timeline:
- We will begin accepting registration emails on Thursday, May 1st at 6:00 a.m.
- Send all registration forms to: beyondthebell@eastgreenwich.k12.nj.us
- Emails are time-stamped — submissions received before 6:00 a.m. will not be accepted.
- Spots are limited, register early
Notification:
- You will receive an email by Friday, May 2nd notifying you whether or not your student(s) has been accepted into the program.
- If not accepted, your student(s) will be placed on a waitlist.
If Accepted:
- A hard copy of the registration form and a $30 check per student (payable to EGSD) must be submitted by Thursday, May 8th.
- Mail to:

(Or drop off to either school location) - Failure to submit the form and payment by May 8th may result in the loss of your child’s spot in the program.
Next Steps:
- Additional paperwork will be sent home for each accepted student and must be returned by Friday, June 13th, along with a completed September calendar.
- Even if your child will participate as a “drop-in,” or will not be attending in September, you must still return the paperwork and note your intentions on the calendar.
