Jeffrey Miller-McGrail - Supervisor of Instruction for Math/Social Studies/Science and SOAR

Jeffrey Miller-McGrail joined the East Greenwich leadership team as the Supervisor of Instruction for Math, Social Studies, Science, and SOAR in February 2021.  His educational beliefs are rooted in providing an equitable and inclusive environment and curriculum, in which all students and staff have the resources and support they need to excel.  He believes this is possible through teamwork, open lines of communication, and mutual trust and respect.  

Mr. Miller-McGrail began his educational career teaching 5th and 6th grade math in Wilmington, DE, before becoming a 4th grade teacher at Berlin Community School in Berlin, NJ.  During his time as a teacher, he took on many leadership opportunities such as curriculum writing, teacher mentoring, providing professional development, and serving on numerous committees.  

Mr. Miller-McGrail attended DeSales University in Center Valley, PA where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education.  He then went on to receive his Masters in School Leadership  from Wilmington University.

Mr. Jeffrey Miller-McGrail lives in Collingswood, NJ with his husband.  In his free time, he enjoys reading, watching the Green Bay Packers, and  spending time with friends and family.
